A ranar Asabar din da ta gabata ne aka fara bikin baje kolin gastronomy na Afirka a Conakry, babban birnin kasar Guinea, inda ya hada kasashen Afirka goma domin yin biki da kuma baje kolin arzikin da ake samu a nahiyar. Kwanaki uku, yara da iyalansu za su gano abubuwan dandano na musamman da kuma al’adun dafa abinci da aka yada daga tsara zuwa tsara.
A ranar Asabar da ta gabata ne aka bude bikin gastronomy na Afirka a Conakry, babban birnin kasar Guinea mai kuzari. Wannan taron biki ya tattaro masu dafa abinci da masu sha’awar abinci daga kasashen Afirka goma, dukkansu suna da sha’awar raba abubuwan da suka shafi dafa abinci tare da gabatar da yara da iyalansu ga bambancin dandanon Afirka.
Shugaban hukumar shirya bikin, Mahamed Daye Bah, ya bayyana cewa, makasudin gudanar da wannan biki shi ne bayyana abincin gargajiya na Afirka da aka shirya daga kayayyakin gida musamman na kowace kasa. « Muna so mu yi bikin fasahar dafa abinci na Afirka, al’adun gargajiya masu tamani da ake yadawa daga tsara zuwa tsara, » in ji shi cikin farin ciki.
Fiye da kwanaki uku, maziyartan biki za su sami damar ɗanɗano jita-jita masu ban sha’awa, gano ƙwararrun yanki da kuma shiga cikin gasa na nunin abinci.
