On June 6, 2025, Muslims all over the world will celebrate Eid al-Adha, a special day full of prayers, sharing, and joy.
On that day, Muslim families celebrate Eid al-Adha, also called the Festival of Sacrifice. It remembers a very old story about the Prophet Ibrahim showing his faith in God.
Early in the morning, people go to the mosque to pray. Then, some families may sacrifice a sheep, goat, or cow to remember the story. The meat is shared with family, neighbors, and people in need.
Children wear nice clothes, receive small gifts, and enjoy delicious meals. It’s a holiday full of kindness, love, and sharing !
