Famous Congolese singer Fally Ipupa shines not only on stage. He also wants to help girls build their future! Through his foundation, he launched the TOYEKOLA program, which means « Let’s learn » in Lingala.
Fally Ipupa is a music superstar from Congo. He sings, he dances, and he performs all over the world! But Fally also has a big heart. He created a foundation to help young people in his country, the Democratic Republic of Congo.
With support from the Canadian Embassy and the National Institute for Professional Training (INPP), he launched TOYEKOLA, a special program for girls aged 13 to 25. The program helps them learn useful jobs.
They can choose from sewing, baking, electricity, interior design, or hotel work. The goal? To help them become independent, find a job, or start their own business.
Fally Ipupa wants to show that education changes lives. And that every girl deserves a chance!
