At just 19 years old, Favour Effiong from Cross River State, Nigeria, is already an inspiring leader. He was honored at the 12th edition of the Future Africa Leaders Award (FALA), an initiative by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome that recognizes young Africans making a difference in their communities.
Committed to change
Favour stands out for his work in education, innovation, and social awareness. His efforts have impacted hundreds of young people, providing them with opportunities for a better future. With his award, he receives $10,000 to continue his projects and expand his impact.
A bright future ahead
Since its inception in 2013, FALA has supported over 120 young leaders across 30 African countries, offering mentorship and funding. Favour Effiong now joins this community of changemakers determined to build a brighter future for Africa.
