Ghana helps girls at school with free sanitary pads

In Ghana, many girls find it hard to buy sanitary pads. These products are too expensive for them. Sometimes, they have to use cloth or miss school during their periods. This can stop them from learning and playing with their friends.

The Ghanaian government decided to help these girls by giving free pads in schools. More than two million schoolgirls will get them. This program is very important so that all girls can stay in school, stay healthy, and feel confident.

With this help, Ghana shows that taking care of girls helps the whole country move forward.
