Jeimila Donty and Koraï: Ocean protectors

Jeimila Donty, an inspiring entrepreneur from Madagascar, aims to save our planet with Koraï. Growing up between Madagascar and France, she saw big differences between these places. This motivated her to study how to help her country and the environment. She founded Koraï to restore coral reefs and protect the oceans.

With Koraï, Jeimila works with companies to reduce pollution and help marine animals. She believes corals and mangroves are crucial for marine life. Her team even restores reefs in Madagascar, a project that greatly benefits fish and other sea creatures.

Jeimila’s journey hasn’t been easy. The Covid-19 pandemic made things harder, but she kept fighting for her dream. She wants Koraï to show big businesses how to be kind to nature while still making money. It’s important to her that kids also learn to protect the planet.

Jeimila hopes her story will inspire other children to love nature and become heroes for the environment. With Koraï, she demonstrates how everyone can make a big difference, even from a small idea.
