Did you know that mountain gorillas live in the forests of Central and East Africa? These amazing animals are very close to humans: they can smile, play, and even learn simple gestures to communicate.
But gorillas need our help. Their forest is disappearing because of deforestation, and some people still hunt them by mistake or out of fear. Thankfully, forest rangers and scientists work hard to protect gorillas and their home.
Every child can help in their own way: by learning about gorillas, telling friends why nature must be protected, and supporting organizations that safeguard animals. Gorillas show us that the forest is precious… and we must respect it !
