In Victoria Falls, from July 26 to 28, 2024, an extraordinary event is being prepared! UN Tourism, with the support of the First Lady of Zimbabwe, Dr. Auxillia C. Mnangagwa, and in collaboration with the Basque Culinary Center, will explore how gastronomy can transform tourism in Africa.
African ministers and experts will discuss new strategies to promote African cuisine worldwide and strengthen its role in local development. Additionally, a young photographers’ contest will capture the rich culinary heritage of Zimbabwe.
