Children in Burkina Faso Want to Go to School

150 children met the Prime Minister to ask for quality education for all kids in the country.
In Burkina Faso, children spoke up about their right to go to school. On November 21, 2025, 150 young people gathered to meet the Prime Minister and explain that they want to learn, play, and grow like children everywhere.
They asked that every child, even in the most remote villages, have access to safe schools, teachers, and books. UNICEF supports these efforts and reminds us that education is essential for every child to dream, invent, and build the future.
These children show that even the youngest voices can be heard and help make their country better.
