Miss Botswana, Lesego Chombo, is set to launch a special foundation this week, named Lesego Chombo Foundation. She aims to assist kids, poor and rural communities with special projects.
Her main project, the Genesis Project, helps parents with limited financial means to raise their children in a loving environment. It also provides activities to help children grow and learn. Miss Botswana believes that by bringing the community together, they can change people’s lives. The foundation is not just an organization; it is a group of people working together to make a difference.
The Genesis Project will begin soon, and to kick it off, there will be a grand dinner at the beautiful Avani Gaborone Resort & Casino. Tables for 10 people cost 10,000 P, and individual seats are available for 1,000 P. During the dinner, there will be an auction to raise more funds for the foundation’s projects. It’s a wonderful way to contribute and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
