Nature Day: protecting the Earth for future generations
Nature Day 2026 is a global moment to remind everyone that Earth is our shared home. Forests, oceans, mountains and animals all play a vital role in keeping the planet balanced. Without them, it would be difficult to breathe, eat or live healthily.
This day encourages children and adults to learn how to respect nature: not throwing waste into the sea, planting trees, protecting animals and saving water. Around the world, schools, families and associations organize activities to discover the richness of biodiversity.
